HI
I WAS AT TONY'S SHOP THE OTHER DAY AND WAS DISCUSSING VARIOUS REPTILES WITH TONY.THER WERE LOTS NAMES I DIDNT KNOW THE MEANING OF ONE OF WHICH MEANT (LACKS BLACK), I HAVE FORGOTTEN THIS WORD ALREADY. BEING NEW TO THIS HOBBIE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW SOME OF THE TERMINOLOGY AND WHAT IT MEANS IF ANYBODY HAS THE TIME TO POST SOME OF THEM WOULD APPREICIATE IT

amelanistic i think is the word your after jim? A is without amelanistic means black(melanin)

anerythristic means without red pigmentation! axanthic means without yellow pigment
hypo means under like hypomelanistic means lower levels of black!

good! well hun you keep ur hat on and when i remember ill speak to him about it ( unless he reads this section) unfortunalty atm he just dont get the time to come on here as much as the shop is always busy with people. Usually asking Q's n stuff.
