Well huys n gals we are looking for some tree frogs for Adrian - most of the stick insects have died now.

So im looking for some info on them.

Im going down to shop today to see if i can find out what is available. Saw some the weekend, but there is only one local shop i will use biggrin
I have ordered some books from Amazon.

Going to price up the frogs and habitat later today!

Wow. Mega Jealous.
Red Eyed Tree Frogs are by far the nicest, but expensive, at 40-50 for one. and they need to be kept in atleast pairs, but i think its better with atleast 1 male 3 females.

Your best choice under them is probably the white tree's frog or the american green tree frog. The whites are the fat saggy ones when they get older, but very cute! and the american ones are small dullish green. I'll enclose some picture.

Im planing on getting some green tree frogs when eclipse grows out of his exo terra.

Aww thanks hun.

I have seen that link in lots of places. in that last pic he looks like he is waiting for a princess lol!

Great Characters!
I prefer them brighter green.

How old are they going to be?
They are so cute when younger.

Is it an exo terra your getting them in?

they are sometimes called dumpy tree frogs but they certainly do have lots of character

i have no idea - jsut looked on the list to see if there were any Tony has ordered them so will know 2mora!

yh getting the taller one 30x45x30 i think ......................... i dunno Tony just ordered it for me lol!

Nice one Lin!

They're very rewarding frogs to keep...With a real character!

Just be careful with the feeding, 'cos they do tend to become obese....And they're chunky enough to begin with!! lol!

There is a blue phase available occasionally....They're REALLY nice!

Enjoy 'em...They're great!

awwww I cant wait to see the pics lin of yer new tree frogs.

I used to keep a group of two females one male, absolutely cracking to watch, I kept them in a large exo terra.

Cant wait to see the pics, and what they are called!
