HI Scott glad you like the new look. got a better ring to it!

Think lots of forums are just trying to update and keep up with new technology etc

Weather - well yesterday was nasty - bit like an october day here! today looks a little better.

Reps are fine added another snake and another beardie. and in the is house we are fine thanks.

Hope to see some pictures up of your little lot soon.

Glad To Hear All Is Well Lin, Pictures Of Snake (I Imagine anuva Corn?) And Beardie? Keep Oscar Company Eh! Still doing the hoovering?!

Good Good Ian, Aye, its a bit windy here, on and off rain. i've been in Grimsby the last 2 weeks, and i didnt see rain once. Just Sun burnt skin :D

oh scotty! dont say that!.

last night i was talking about a power cut -you know just in case. well 1am this morning guess what - bang !!!!!!!!!! power cut, only lasted for 2 mins but that was bad enuf lol!
looked out the window complete darkness then heard alarms going off so knew it was not just us.

But yes we shoudl be gratful we have had no flooding and have had electricity when others are still suffering!

We had the powercut as well. All those bloody alarms going off woke me up and then it took forever to get back to sleep.

Wow Simon your quite way from here , thats strange.

But outside the back of our house the other road was ok, but the front was all out. So maybe our house was on the last line of the circuit or summit. MY mum didnt mention it when i asked her - but then she is further down
not sure if you coem under welling or BH

Yes they were burglar alarms, and rather loud too at that time of the morning.

We're Bexleyheath where we are. I looked out the window to see where the burglar alarms were coming from and thought no more of it. I then went to the loo and when I switched on the light there was no light. So after that I went and checked back out the front and saw that all the street lights were out. Firstthe other side of the road came back on then our side. It took me quite a while to get back to sleep.
